Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chaabuk Assistant service at chaabuk.tech (the “Service”), operated by Yaduka Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. (“Yaduka Agrotech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Chaabuk Assistant provides each customer with a private AI assistant instance that can be connected to messaging apps and third-party applications and, at your direction, help you carry out tasks. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Unless required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or the rights of others;
• send spam, malware, or engage in fraud, abuse, or harassment;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers’ data;
• reverse engineer or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or
• violate the terms of any third-party service you connect.

5. Third-party connectors

The Service lets you connect third-party applications (such as Google, Notion, and Slack) using their authorization flows. Your use of those applications is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You authorize us to access and act on those services on your behalf only as needed to perform the actions you direct. You can revoke this access at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts and omissions.

6. AI output

The assistant generates responses and takes actions using AI, which can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and the Service is not a substitute for professional (including legal, financial, or medical) advice. You are responsible for the instructions you give your assistant and their consequences.

7. Your content & intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content and data you provide or that your assistant accesses on your behalf (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and secure the Service. We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, and the Chaabuk brand. The upstream open-source components we build on are acknowledged on our Open-source notices page.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including data accessed from connected services such as Google. By using the Service you agree to that Policy.

9. Availability & warranties

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaduka Agrotech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yaduka Agrotech from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (including Sections 7, 10, 11, and 14) survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
